Policy of Correction

১. পরীক্ষার দিনের পূর্বে কারেকশন নীতিমালা (Correction Policy before the Test Day):

১.১ প্রত্যেক পরীক্ষার তারিখ হতে ১০ দিন পূর্বে ওয়েবসাইটে অ্যাডমিট কার্ড আপলোড করা হবে এবং প্রত্যেক পরীক্ষার্থীকে এ বিষয়ে ইমেইল করা হবে।

(1.1 Admit cards will be uploaded to the website 10 days before each test date, and every candidate will be notified via email.)

১.২ প্রত্যেক পরীক্ষার্থী অ্যাডমিট-কার্ড ডাউনলোড করে তথ্য চেক করবেন।

(1.2 Each candidate must download the admit card and check the information carefully.)

১.৩ আবেদনের সময় আপলোডকৃত ডকুমেন্ট (NID/Passport/Birth Registration) অনুযায়ী অ্যাডমিট-কার্ড এর তথ্যে ভুল থাকলে পরীক্ষার্থী পরীক্ষার পূর্বের রবিবারের মধ্যে (যেটি তারিখসহ ইমেইলে উল্লেখ করা হবে) নির্দিষ্ট লিংকে নির্ধারিত প্রসেসিং ফি প্রদান করে অনলাইনে আবেদন করতে হবে।

(1.3 If any information in the admit card is incorrect compared to the uploaded document during application (NID/Passport/Birth Registration), the candidate must apply online by paying the specified processing fee through the given link within the Sunday before the test date  [the exact date will be mentioned in the email].)

১.৪ পরীক্ষার পূর্বের প্রসেসিং ফি হবে ৫০০/- (পাঁচশত টাকা মাত্র), যেটি অনলাইনে প্রদান করতে হবে।

(1.4 The processing fee of correction before the test-date will be BDT 500 [five hundred taka only], which must be paid online.)

১.৫ যে তথ্যে কারেকশন প্রয়োজন, সেটি অবশ্যই আবেদনের সময় আপলোড-কৃত ডকুমেন্টের সাথে মিল থাকতে হবে- অন্যথায় আবেদন বাতিল বলে গণ্য করা হবে।

(1.5 The information requiring correction must match with the document uploaded during the application; otherwise, the application will be rejected.)

১.৬ প্রয়োজনীয় কারেকশন সম্পন্ন করে নতুন রিভাইজড অ্যাডমিট কার্ড সংশ্লিষ্ট পরীক্ষার্থীকে পরীক্ষার আগে (বুধবার) ইমেইলে প্রেরণ করা হবে। পরীক্ষার দিন নতুন এডমিট কার্ড কক্ষে নিয়ে আসতে হবে।

(1.6 After completing the necessary correction, a revised admit card will be sent to the candidate via email before the test (Wednesday). Candidates must bring this new admit card to the test-room on test day.)

২. পরীক্ষার দিনের কারেকশন নিয়মাবলি (Correction Policy on the Test Day):

২.১ যদি কোন পরীক্ষার্থী পরীক্ষার পূর্বে কারেকশন সম্পন্ন করতে ব্যর্থ হন তাহলে পরীক্ষার দিন সকাল ১১ টা থেকে রাত ৯ টার মধ্যে অনলাইন আবেদনের মাধ্যমে সম্পন্ন করতে পারবেন।

(2.1 If any testinee fails to complete the correction request before the test day, it can be done on the test day between 11:00 AM and 9:00 PM through an online application.)

২.২ যে ইমেইলে এডমিট কার্ড ডাউনলোডের তথ্য পাঠানো হবে সেই ইমেইলেই পরীক্ষার দিনের কারেকশনের লিংক দিয়ে দেওয়া হবে।

(2.2 The same email that contains the admit card download information will also include the correction link for the test day.)

২.৩ যে তথ্যে কারেকশন প্রয়োজন সেটি অবশ্যই আবেদনের সময় আপলোডকৃত ডকুমেন্টের সাথে মিল থাকতে হবে, অন্যথায় আবেদন বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে।

(2.3 The information requiring correction must match the uploaded document during the application; otherwise, the application will be rejected.)

২.৪ পরীক্ষার দিন বা তার পরে ছবি সংক্রান্ত কোনো কারেকশন গ্রহণ করা হবে না। শুধুমাত্র নাম ও জন্ম-তারিখের কারেকশন গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে।

(2.4 No corrections related to photographs will be accepted on or after the test day. Only corrections to name and date of birth will be allowed.)

২.৫ পরীক্ষার দিনের কারেকশনের জন্য ১০০০/- (এক হাজার টাকা মাত্র) প্রসেসিং ফি প্রযোজ্য হবে, যেটি অনলাইনে প্রদান করতে হবে।

(2.5 A processing fee of BDT 1000 (one thousand only) will apply for corrections on the test day, payable online.)

২.৬ পরীক্ষার দিনের কারেকশন প্রসেস করে নতুন রিভাইজড অ্যাডমিট কার্ড সংশ্লিষ্ট পরীক্ষার্থীবৃন্দকে পরীক্ষার পরবর্তী এক সপ্তাহের মধ্যে ইমেইলে প্রেরণ করা হবে। সংশ্লিষ্ট পরীক্ষার্থী ইমেইলের উত্তরে কারেকশন কনফার্ম করার পর কারেকশন চূড়ান্তভাবে প্রযোজ্য হবে ও এই কারেকশন অনুযায়ী সার্টিফিকেট ও স্কোরশিট ইস্যু করা হবে।

(2.6 After processing the correction, the revised admit card will be sent to the candidate via email within one week after the test. The correction will only be finalized once the candidate confirms it by replying to the email. Certificates and score sheets will be issued based on the corrected information.)
